Nope! All our products are free from the following ingredients: parabens, sulfates, gluten, synthetic fragrances, talc, bismuth oxychloride, petrochemicals, phthalates, toluene, formaldehyde, lead, triclosan, and GMOs.

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free. They are also gluten-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, sulfate-free, synthetic fragrance-free, talc-free, bismuth oxychloride-free, petrochemical-free, lead-free, formaldehyde-free, toluene-free, triclosan-free, and GMO-free.

There are NO artificial or synthetic fragrances in the skincare line or makeup line. You can smell the ingredients your products are made of, but it isnβt unpleasant. Soaps and body products may be scented with fragrance or essential oils.

My policy on shipping is shipping out once or twice a week, Monday and/or Thursday. I will be shipping USPS unless otherwise noted. I will ship things in the most economical way possible while still ensuring your purchase does not get damaged.

Please note that due to Covid-19, there are sometimes shipping delays with postal carriers. We do our best to get products out in a timely manner, but we have no control over delays with USPS.

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged, or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- We accept exchanges on products only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write the instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, we will reach out to you for further information.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Deliciously Pure Skincare products and purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return.
- Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.
